What is DealBookAsia?
A digital private markets platform connecting investors, business owners, founders, and advisers through curated investment opportunities across Asia. We are powered by Stratec Partners Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Investrust Capital (Pvt) Ltd. (Sri Lanka).
Is DealBookAsia a licensed financial institution?
No. DealBookAsia is a connecting platform and does not provide regulated financial services; it is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. All transactions are facilitated through licensed arrangers or investment banks, and investors should seek independent advice before any investment decision.
Who can invest through the platform?
Full investment details are available to accredited, institutional, or otherwise qualified investors as defined in their jurisdiction. We verify investor profiles before granting access to confidential materials.
How do I get details on a specific deal?
Each listing has a public teaser. For full information, contact us quoting the Deal ID (form, email, or WhatsApp), execute our electronic NDA via DocuSign, and you will receive the Confidential Information Memorandum and a private data room access code.
How do data rooms work?
Each active transaction has a protected data room holding the CIM, financials, and supporting documents. Access codes are issued per investor per deal after NDA execution, and document folders are further restricted to your registered email. Access can be revoked at any time.
What does it cost to list an opportunity?
There are no upfront listing fees for founders and business owners. A success fee applies only upon completion of a transaction; full fee terms are shared after submission of your opportunity.
How are opportunities vetted?
Every opportunity is reviewed before listing for quality, presentation, and investor readiness. Licensed advisory partners and regulated arrangers conduct additional due diligence during the transaction process. Investors must still perform their own independent due diligence.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Founder and deal submissions are shared only with verified investors, investor identities remain confidential until they choose to engage, and confidential materials move only through NDA-gated, permission-based channels. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which markets do you cover?
Our core focus is Sri Lanka and South Asia, with opportunities across Southeast Asia, Australia, and other emerging and frontier markets, and an investor network spanning Asia and beyond.
How quickly will I hear back?
