By accessing dealbookasia.com (the “Platform”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

DealBookAsia is a digital platform that connects issuers, arrangers, and founders with investors. We do not provide regulated financial services and are not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. All transactions are facilitated through licensed arrangers or investment banks.

3. No Offer or Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product, nor investment, legal, or tax advice. Information is provided for general reference only. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

4. Eligibility

Full investment details are accessible only to accredited, institutional, or otherwise qualified investors as defined in their relevant jurisdiction. By requesting access you represent that you meet applicable eligibility requirements.

5. Information Accuracy

Deal information is provided by issuers, sponsors, and arrangers. While opportunities are reviewed before listing, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information and accept no liability for reliance on it. Investors must conduct their own due diligence.

6. Confidentiality

Materials shared through the Platform, including teasers, information memoranda, and financials, are confidential. You agree not to distribute them without authorisation. Access to certain materials may require execution of a non-disclosure agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, branding, and design are the property of DealBookAsia and its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealBookAsia, Stratec Partners Pte. Ltd., and Investrust Capital (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or participation in any transaction introduced through it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
